Kenny Allen better known as (Smoothvocal) is a seasoned lead and background vocalist, who was born in the city of East Saint Louis Illinois. Having dreamed of a musical career from an early age, he relocated from East Saint Louis Illinois, to Los Angeles California in pursuit of that dream.

        That dream has taken him to various musical heights, while laying the foundation for his musical career.  He is a former member of the Los Angeles based, Contemporary Gospel Group, Spirit Filled, with whom he traveled and ministered thru song for 16 years. Out of this effort were several recordings, most notably the song, All Things Possible, which was in heavy rotation on local gospel radio stations within the Los Angeles community.

         Kenny has recorded and or performed with the following Artist. The Legendary Whispers, Raham Lee Davis formerly of The Phoenix Horns, and Earth Wind and Fire fame, Bebe and Cece Winans, Fred Hammond and many others.

       

         In 2013 Kenny release the long-awaited Journey project on the Crosstown Music Label. This project is currently distributed through, The Tate Music Group and is available through the following music outlets. CD baby, ITunes, Amazon.com and Grace Note Music and Reverbnation.

         Kenny is currently working and promoting, a musical tribute project, dedicated to the sweethearts of the Romantic Ballad the Legendary Whispers.
